Black, White and Fred

Ah the old eyes are only working for Newcastle fouls situations from the Ref as per usual

Very worrying when even the Sky pundits think it's a foul.

ron

That foul on Reed not given was just ridiculous. That would've given a free kick in a good area.

Mince n Tatties

We're doing ok,we had a hard game late Thursday,Newcastle
have had a good break.

I'm never surprised these days when the ref gives something against us that clearly was not supposed to.

akf

That camera angle on wilson's shirt pulling diop and diop responding with hands over wilson's chest leaves a bad taste.  Somethings i hate about this sport...

Bassey the warrior

Extremely weak refereeing, he's letting the fans get to him perhaps.

Bruno toast?  Lots of tears.

You would think it is a bad injury the way he was welling up. But that being the case, why did he stay on pitch until half time...!?

TheCeiling

Leno gives us so much calm on defence. Such a bargain.

We're doing good defensively but, similar to against Chelsea we're struggling to create clear cut chances on the offensive sides.

Wish MS would try Solomon instead of BDR on right wing.

Karlos

A few leggy players out there but Reed has been everywhere again so  far

SP

Surely a booking if Trippier moved the foam forward at the free kick?

I think his plan all along is to play Willian on the right from the start and sub BDR with Solomon at half time or 60-70 mins on the left

Those ankle rolls tend to be ok immediately but swell up after a while. I cant see him coming back out

Maybe because he been out for so long,he is being eased in bit by bit.

Tete and Willian working really well on the right (solid, sharp and enterprising) - Kurzawa and Reid on the left less so....

This. Think I would have rested BDR this game but in Marco we trust.
