Turns out our former boss was not popular behind the scenes at the Cherries. Did not work well with the already there staff. On the pre-season tour some had to stay at other hotels. Emm. Did not treat those not playing very well. Emm.  :022:

Silva is also pretty rough for players who he doesn't consider part of the squad (been training on their own since the season started), but he is straightforward about it.
