Agreed and half of their squad are local lads brought through the academy pathway. Surrey champions and Fulham 6th. Doesn't get much better

Watched a bit of the England Ladies ODI today, very strange seeing adult males jumping up & down at every opportunity in a Ladies match?

I was reading an arricle on him about a month ago, about his family, schooling etc
and his abilities when he was only a piglet.
He wes destined then for greaqt things and had a swashbuckling approach even thern.
I think the article was on the bbc site

Watched a bit of the England Ladies ODI today, very strange seeing adult males jumping up & down at every opportunity in a Ladies match?

Regarding the Eng v Ind game and the Mankad incident at the end. I felt bad for Goswami. Her farewell took a backseat to this incident. I understand it's part of the game, but it just doesn't sit well with me. A bowler should be allowed to do it and if successful, the TEAM should receive an initial warning. A second time, the batsman/woman should then be given out.
