Ream is always captain unless Cairney starts. Usually it is shown on that picture.

The obvious starting 11, hopefully good enough to get 3 points. Think I would have had Kurzawa on the bench instead of James and hopefully Vinny's services won't be required.

Agreed. Although I'd have put Kurzawa instead of one of the centrebacks and not instead of James. Do we really need 2 cbs at the bench?
