Stoor Transfer

Thursday 13th January 2011

Swedish international defender Fredrik Stoor has made a permanent move to Norwegian club Valerenga Fotball.

Stoor joined Fulham in the summer of 2008 after representing Sweden at the European Championships but found his chances limited due to the form of John Pantsil at right back.

Valerenga Fotball play their home matches at the Ullevaal Stadion, the home of the Norwegian national football team in Oslo. FFC would like to wish Fredrik every success for the future.

He didn't get a look in but will be no loss to the club, I wish him well.

Who do you think will be next to go? My money's on Riise or Elm with possibly EJ, Kamara or Gera to go depending on our purchases in this window.

AlFayedsChequebook

Riise will go this window if we get another midfielder in.

Elm, Kamara, EJ and potentially Gera to go in the summer.

Burt

Best of luck to him.

I don't think he will be stoorly missed.

I'll get my coat.

I find it hard to understand what Elm does for his money; he must be bad to be below E J in the pecking order.

Does anyone know if we let Stoor go for no money?
Maybe we paid another team to take him.  :011:
Fulham for life!

Yeah this one is very odd! I rate Elm waaaaaaaaaay above EJ as a player, but he'll never be a premiership player, sadly. In Sweden we still think that Uncle Roy came back with the wrong brother as there are three of them and in my book the other two are more talented. The youngest brother, Rasmus, could easily play in the premiership.

I think some of our Norwegian friends said the other day that he went on a free.

Or: Fulham have finally told Stoor to go away and not come back.

I wish him well but he is no loss. Another of Roys less good buys.
I am therefore I must be.....I think?

A friend who is a Vålerenga-fan said that they got him for free...and the norwegian media who broke the story a week ago did no mention of any transfer fee. Think Vålerenga overbid one norwegian and one danish club in wages and sign on fee....he didn't want a return to Sweden.
