Big congratulations to ticket office staff.

We decided for various reasons that in our 70's we wanted to move back to the Riverside next season and had selected an area where we wanted to sit.

Unfortunately yesterday I had to go into hospital for eye surgery which meant I could not use a computer and my wife is not familiar with the Fulham site.

She phoned the ticket office around 10am yesterday to explain our situation, spoke to a lady who took our details and phoned back 10 minutes later to confirm the seats almost exactly where we wanted.  A massive thank you to someone who obviously cares about her job and is willing to go the extra mile to help a customer which is indeed very very rare these days.

Once again well done ticket office.

Yes, I too have always found the ticket office staff friendly and helpful.

I phoned them up last week seeking help to link accounts to enable me to buy multiple season tickets on the one log in. Sorted in seconds and it worked yesterday when we bought ours. First class service and that needs to be recognised
