The referee didn't even talk to him, though he could easily have given a second yellow. Just as he could have done a few minutes later when Grealish sarcastically applauded one of the referee's decisions. I imagine Mitro might have been booked for the dissent, but not a player from The Glorious City. And why didn't the 4th official get Guardiola off the pitch when he was doing some coaching during a break in play? City stuff gets ignored.

I was wondering the same. When were time outs allowed in football ?
Grealish should have received a second yellow for dissent. The ref bottled it for a reason he will never have to publicly justify unfortunately.

Upon scoring the winner, he ran over to the 4th official and celebrated fairly aggressively in front of his face. Obviously he was aggrieved at something, but how can they bang on about respect and let something like that go?
