Is anyone else finding it impossible to renew on line, more by luck than judgement I can get to pay page and then after a big tick saying renewed it says cancelling order and sends me an email saying cancelled

Well it has done it 5 times again today, I have to wait about 20mins between each try because it locks me out. Guess I will have to ring the office

I had to give up too.Rang office,no problem.Annoying though when they're emailing asking me to renew online!!

Yep - renewed online without any problems. Is it using a different browser that causes the problems?
