St Eve

It is with sadness that I have decided that our chance of getting into Europe is so remote that we should focus on catching Brentford and Villa. So I want:

Spurs to beat Brentford- I hate saying that
Boscombe to beat United
Liverpool to beat Villa - I hate saying that
Wolves to beat Everton
Arsenal to beat Forest

Nothing went in your favour today then!

Caedal

All 3 promoted teams staying up. Big achievement for all 3 clubs.

I feel the transfer market this summer is going to be very interesting.

No nothing. As it turns out because we didn't win it didn't really matter

Andy S

Europe might well have been a poison chalice next season so maybe next time

Only the second time in Premier League history according to a mate of mine.

How Bournemouth managed it, and at a canter I have no idea.  Absolutely phenomenal season for them.

St Eve

I want:

West Ham to beat Leeds
Brighton to beat Saints
City to beat Chelsea

Say it again, City to beat Chelsea then no way can Chelsea overtake us, I bet no one predicted that at the start of the season.

SP

If Leeds can't beat a knackered WHU team then I think they're done for.

1-1 after 30 minutes.

St Eve

Looks like Leeds have gone and Brighton are in Europe

WindyCity

Would really like to see Everton go down.  Leicester still has good chance to push them down, but it will still take some good fortune.

WindyCity

Early City goal v lot down the road.  Good.  City win or draw negates Chelsea from possibility of finishing ahead of us.

copthornemike

Is the Man City bench today the strongest there has ever been?
Ederson,
Dias,
Stones,
Gundogan,
Haaland,
Grealish,
Rodri,
De Bruyne,
B Silva.

Fulham 442

And we will now finish above Chelsea 😊

SerbianLad

We'll finish 10th. Very good result for first season back and we'll finish above Chelsea which is a bonus as well!  ::wine::

The bottom 4-5 teams have been horrendous; you might only need 33 (or fewer) points to stay up. Everton have one win in their last 10 matches after sitting on 25 points from 27, and they're favored to survive.

Also, Parker is a horrible manager. Their replacement did "fine" with what he inherited, with 36 points from 33 matches and a -19 GD. Basically a touch above relegation form, but they're safe because others have been worse.

I believe the last time was FFC, Blackburn rovers and Bolton.

WindyCity

Today May 22    Newcastle v Leicester

Hoping for a Leicester win.  I know difficult to expect.  Tough on them.  I have no particular love for Leicester, but they're the only hope to drag Everton down into the drop.  Want to see Everton go down.

Somerset Fulham

I am with Windy here.

Can't see it happening but it would be great if they could drag the Mickey Mousers further back into the mire.
