Quick question about travel to Brighton away

So the train service seems to be on rail replacement. Parking at the stadium is sold out, so I'm looking at the park and ride on Mill Road which looks like a good option, although I see you have to be there early to make sure you get a spot.

Another option is official club coach travel. Does anyone know, typically how long before kickoff does the coach arrive at the stadium?
