How on earth is that a penalty for Newcastle?

Also, how can one incident be both a penalty and not a penalty? The ref gives it, VAR say not an obvious error. If the ref doesn't give it, VAR wouldn't over turn.

Surely it's either a penalty or not?

Cannot get my head round VAR not overturning things like this.

I don't really see any signs of either of those. Don't see your point at all. What is your reasoning here?
