Financially well-managed?

Assuming we don't get relegated this year, will we be one of the more financially well managed teams in the Prem? Surviving our second consecutive year in the PL with minimal players brought it but a big selling year where we lost Mitro? We cannot afford to risk it next season (assuming again we're still here), but are we setting ourselves up for a bountiful summer transfer season?

Think this summer will be another litmus test for the Khans. We've an old squad and uncertainty over several key positions, so we need an overhaul. We've spent massively less than our peers recently which can only be because we're hamstrung by historic profligacy, or the Khans have just lot enthusiasm for the venture. If it's the former, the general view seems to be we'll have much more to spend this summer.

We must assume, and hope, that the Khans and Marco are well aware of our aging squad as well as the uncertainty of keeping JP, Robinson, Willian. It looks like we will be safe this season so you would think we would have scouted and have a list of potential targets. We really need to make some early deals for a change or next season could be a disaster.
