For the first time the River Walk will be open for the Boat Race, opening into Bishops Park for the first time and open free to all. Sign of things to come everyday soon hopefully. Even a discount on food and drink for ST holders apparently.

It's definitely the plan but will it be popular and used so it's a profit generator is the real question. With a hotel, restaurant/cafe, cafe and spa/gym you would hope it is. Think there might even be plans to have the hospitality area be a nightclub.

Could have a riverboat casino/nightclub - have to be careful walking the plank off the boat though after a few sherberts!
