It's a massive tournament for all ages, under 12's up to under 19's with our lads playing in the under 19 "Super" Group.

Doing well so far, 2 wins and a draw put us through top of our group and playing again tonight.

Been looking on line to see if there's any coverage, I'm sure its been shown on line previously but I can't find anything so far.

Does anyone know if these games can be seen on line?

The answer is it is being shown on a youtube channel - https://www.youtube.com/@tr3dio/featured

However, to be able to watch it you have to join the channel at the Ultra tier which costs $9.99. No clue what the broadcast quality is like. Probably not worth it.

This is a really good youth tournament with teams from Europe and South and Central America.  The Fulham Academy last won it back in 2013 with some familiar names like Marek Rodak, Jack Grimmer (captain), Sean Kavanagh, Emerson Hyndman, and Cauley Woodrow.

Currently, Fulham is still in first with the result from today still to be posted.

Results:

March 24th  Liga Deprtiva (Costa Rica) 0v2 Fulham
March 25th  Fulham                    2v1 FC Dallas Academy
March 27th  Tigres UANL (Mexico)      1-1 Fulham

Fulham played a semi-final today against Sao Paulo Futebol (Brazil) from group A.  I can't find the result but fingers crossed for a good result.

Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

We lost 4-0 to Sao Paolo in the semi's - apart from the first six minutes where we had a couple of chances, they won with ease as the score suggests.

I watched the second half of the semi.
The opponents almost all looked bigger and stronger, this could be due to the event being for under 19's and FFC sending under 18's.

We knocked it about OK but Sao Paolo worked hard to get players behind the ball and make it hard for us to create much.
In possession the opposition attacked quicker and in numbers and as we chased the game we became ragged in defence while still failing to create any clear chances.
Overall a bad day at the office.

Not really at the races in this one. Oppo physically much stronger (as well as being a skilled and well organised outfit). They had a kid called Ryan, only 17, who we should bring home with us.

We were missing Josh King and Sam Amisssah who were playing for England.
