Man of the Match Result: Sheff Utd
Another fantastic Rodrigo Muniz display has yielded another Man of the Match award for our young striker.

Muniz led the line superbly once again, holding the ball up well and posing the biggest threat to the Sheffield United goal, hitting the post with an instinctive shot that was brilliantly saved, and doing likewise at the other end with a terrific looping header.

"It was an unlucky afternoon for us, for him, when he had two off the post," Marco Silva said afterwards. "The first half off the post, great save from the goalkeeper, and a great, great header from himself.

"If that goes in the net it's going to be an unbelievable goal from himself."

When Muniz did finally net, though, it was certainly worth the wait.

With Fulham trailing 3-2, the Brazilian pulled an equaliser out of the very top drawer in the third minute of stoppage time. Adama Traoré – who had been a menace since coming on – waited for his teammate to get a yard of space away from his man before clipping in an accurate cross.

Most would have taken a touch, but such is the confidence of Muniz that he met it sweetly on the volley, sending an accurate bicycle kick into the corner of the net. A goal of the season contender for sure, and what a way to earn a point.

It also takes Muniz's Premier League tally to eight goals in as many matches, though he would have preferred for it to have contributed to a win for Fulham.

"It was good," he admitted. "It would be better if it was with three points as well, but I'm happy with eight in eight."

58.9 per cent of supporters threw their support behind the 22-year-old, putting him ahead of fellow goal scorer João Palhinha (12.5%) and influential substitute Tom Cairney (8.8%).

'Will leave for nothing' – Fulham man among 'hottest names' on club's list, free transfer fits perfectly
Tosin Adarabioyo is set to depart Fulham in the summer and 'will leave for nothing' when his contract comes to an end.

That's according to Gazzetta dello Sport, who say the defender remains one of the 'hottest names' on AC Milan's list of potential targets.

They explain that with Simon Kjaer potentially leaving the club when his contract expires, Milan will have to do something in their defence.

One of the 'hottest names' on their current list is that of Adarabioyo, who has been monitored for some time and is set to leave Fulham in the summer when his own contract expires.

According to them, Adarabioyo 'will leave for nothing' when his deal comes to an end and Milan are ready to scoop him up at that point.

They maintain a strict control over their finances and have a limited budget, so the prospect of getting the Fulham man on a free transfer as a replacement for Kjaer would suit them perfectly.

It's currently him and Lilian Brassier of Brest on the list, but Brassier's deal doesn't expire until 2025 and that means Milan would have to pay some sort of fee if they do move for him, even if it would be a low one given his contract situation.

That could make Adarabioyo a more attractive prospect and Milan are ready to move if he is available on a free as expected.

Update on Livramento, Lascelles & Almiron injuries ahead of Everton and Fulham clashes
It sounds like four players who featured in yesterday's heroic 4-3 win over West Ham will be missing for Tuesday night's clash with Everton.

As revealed by The Mail's Craig Hope, it's believed Jamaal Lascelles (knee), Tino Livramento (ankle) and Miguel Almiron (knee) are all unlikely to make the midweek game at St James' Park, while Anthony Gordon is facing a one-game ban after receiving a second booking in stoppage time.

The Athletic's Chris Waugh also reports that the injured trio are also considered 'significant doubts' for Saturday's trip to Fulham.

Lascelles tried to continue after an awkward collision with Michail Antonio but immediately pulled up, Livramento's suffered an ankle twist and Miggy twisted his knee while trying to deliver a cross soon after he was subbed on. With a trip to Fulham to follow on Satu

Speaking after the game on all three concerns, Howe said: "Jamaal is a knee problem but I don't know any more than that. Tino, I think the ball hit his ankle so it's an ankle twist. Miggy twisted his knee crossing the ball but I don't have any details.

"It's been the story of our season. Unfortunately, we were getting hit left, right and centre today. We were 1-0 up, and then Jamaal goes off. Miggy goes off, Anthony is sent off, and Tino (Livramento) goes off.

"It is a catalogue, one after another, but the players we brought on made a positive impact, and that's the beauty of our squad."

Frustrated Silva credits Fulham's character
Marco Silva was both disappointed with the sloppy nature of the goals Fulham conceded and heartened by his side's never-say-die attitude at the end of an extraordinary afternoon at Bramall Lane.

The Whites fought back from 3-1 down to rescue a point thanks to a spectacular finish from the red-hot Rodrigo Muniz, but Fulham's rousing finale only deepened the head coach's frustration at how they had allowed Sheffield United to construct such a commanding advantage having dominated the first period.

Silva told his post-match press conference:

"I have to be honest – it's a disappointing result for us, because when you are dominant from the first minute like we were, the team that created clearly more chances to win the game, that from the first minute was on the front foot and tried to win the game, it is disappointing.

Not just because of that – the way we conceded goals. These type of games, when we are dominant, we have the ball most of the time, we cannot be sloppy in the way we conceded the first and the second, even the third [with] the way we lost the ball. It creates a difficult scenario, but the reaction I have to say was fantastic. We, as a team, refused to lose this game.

The players felt, for sure, on the pitch the way we were losing the game was really unfair, but it was our fault as well, and we fought as a team. We showed the quality to come back from 3-1, scoring two great goals and creating more chances even to win the game in the last minutes. Even the last minute of the game, the big chance with Tom Cairney at that free-kick. Overall, looking at the game, I have to say that it's a disappointing result, [but] I'm pleased for the reaction from the players."

The Fulham head coach was full of praise for Muniz – revealing that the Brazilian had picked up a knock in training during the international break meaning his participation in this fixture was in doubt.

"First of all, nice to see him handle all the game, the 105 minutes, because he had a tough week. Ten days ago he got an injury in a training session, he just trained the last two days for the match. Nice to see him handle the game and to play and to be decisive again.

It was an unlucky afternoon for us, for him, when he had two off the post. The first half off the post, great save from the goalkeeper, and a great, great header from himself. If that goes in the net it's going to be an unbelievable goal from himself. Even so, he kept the composure, he kept the trust in himself. We provided good chances for him – great, great goal from him, and great to see him scoring again and helping the team to get points. Much more to come from him."

De Cordova-Reid: 'We shouldn't have been in that position'
Bobby De Cordova-Reid admitted Fulham were well below par at Bramall Lane this afternoon before his 25 yard strike put the Whites on path to a comeback at Sheffield United.

The Blades look set for a rare home win when a brace from Ben Brereton Diaz and a poacher's finish by Oli McBurnie gave them a 3-1 lead, but De Cordova-Reid drove home from distance shortly after being sent on by Marco Silva before Rodrigo Muniz rescued a point with a wonderful overhead kick.

The Jamaican international told FFCTV after the final whistle:

"We put ourselves in a position where we were chasing the game and it was probably down to our own mistakes and we all understand that. It was obviously good character from the lads to come and change it, get the draw and probably should have won it at the end of the day. It was probably our own doing, we need to be better, we'll learn from that and go again.

As players coming off the bench, you have to try and change the game and affect it. That's what we did. We got the goal back, which obviously gave us belief and they sat back deeper. It was a chance for us to keep pushing. The third goal from Rodrigo was unbelievable. He does it in training. We know he's capable of doing that acrobatic finish, it is unbelievable from him and we'll all very happy for him. We pushed, we pushed, it wasn't to be. But we put ourselves in that position – we should have been clear, we should have won the game.

The lads can be proud of the way we came back, but we shouldn't have been in that position. We've got to put it right on Tuesday. Obviously, they're fighting for something, they're going to be up for it – we've got to play well to get something out of it. We'll be ready as well.

Positives and negatives: Sheffield United 3-3 Fulham

Sammy looks back at the good, bad and ugly from our crazy 3-3 draw against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.

POS: Muniz's scissor practice

We've been waiting for the moment that a Rodrigo Muniz scissor/bicycle kick would go in since the Championship season. Law of averages dictated that one would go in eventually, but for it to be a 94th minute equaliser was just ridiculous.

He is prodigiously talented, works hard and is a team player. Write him off at your peril, the lad's gonna hit double figs and he only started playing in February.

POS: Silva's last roll of the dice

The beauty of having a strong bench is that in moments of crisis you have plenty of weapons at your disposal. Silva brought on the cavalry of Adama, Decordova-Reid, Tete and Cairney all to try and rescue the game and boy did it work.

BDR scored a bullet, Cairney looked like he was playing against school children and Adama sent the Blades backline for a spin cycle. Fulham's strength right now is truly in depth.

POS: Bottle in spades

If you'd have offered us a draw before kick-off, we'd have all said no, but when we thought it was 4-1, I'd have bitten your arm off. There were big flaws in Saturday's performance, but this team has big, big character and belief – that cannot be denied.

NEG: Defence cut open

Fulham's defence at points in that second half lost complete control. Ben Brereton-Diaz is a good player, but we made him look like the second coming of Diego Maradona at times. The Bassey/Tosin partnership make it look like football is too easy at times, but they also do have the ability to buckle under pressure.

NEG: Over-confidence bordering on arrogance?

Sorry to say it, but Fulham's first half performance at Bramall Lane needs discussing. Yes, we were clearly the better team, but there's a thin line between confidence and arrogance.

For me, we bordered on the latter at times. Andreas Pereira was impressive throughout, but the trick pass in the first half hour was totally unnecessary and sent out the wrong signal. Do that poo when you're 3-0 up, not at 0-0.

Whilst that was a visible example, I think the whole team was guilty of treating this game like they could just rock up and comfortably win, and we were a marginal offside decision away from this being a complete humiliation to one of the worst teams this league has seen since Huddersfield Town.

We need to show the intensity that we did against Tottenham in every game. Had we done that on Saturday, this would have been the walkover we all predicted pre-match.

Sheffield United 3-3 Fulham: Player ratings
Bernd Leno: A strange sort of game for the stand-in skipper. Leno was largely blameless for the goals he conceded, having had little to do but pick the ball out of the net across the whole 105 minutes, but the German goalkeeper will be disappointed with the avoidable nature of the goals that put Fulham in a real whole in south Yorkshire. 6

Timmy Castagne: The Belgian looked lively going forward, completing the majority of his passes, and getting into the final third as a real threat on several occasions. He was well positioned to prevent a few dangerous Blades thrusts in the first half but will be particularly perturbed by the fact that all three Sheffield United goals originated along the left flank. A clumsy tackle gave away the free-kick that began the move for the second goal – and Silva's attacking substitution to remove Castagne from the fray ultimately paid rich dividends. 6

Antonee Robinson: Quite possibly the American international's poorest afternoon of a superb season. He seemed to struggle with the speed and directness of Sheffield United's wing-backs and hardly covered himself in glory for the second and third goals. Brereton Diaz found it far too easy to get beyond him and Bassey and suddenly Fulham were in real strife at 3-1 down. Kept charging forward until the very end – which was no mean feat – during fourteen minutes of added time and won the free-kick from which Tom Cairney could have won it. 5

Tosin Adarabioyo: An afternoon to forget for Tosin, who generously donated the opener to the home side with a pass that was woefully short of its target. He was slow to spot the danger for the second goal, that arrived after a quickly taken free-kick, and was fortunate that his horrible mistimed clearance for McBurnie's disallowed second effort was rendered academic by the VAR. Tosin has spoken about his desire to play Champions' League football – this was a haphazard display that was far removed from that level. He should sign the big contract put on the table by Fulham and continue his development at Craven Cottage. 5

Calvin Bassey: Bassey was more assured than his central defensive partner for much of the afternoon but appeared to go AWOL in the two minutes of madness that saw the league's bottom side move two goals clear. He wasn't blameless for the first goal having checked over his shoulder to see where Ben Brereton Diaz was as McBurnie measured his cross and left the Chilean international entirely unmarked for the second and third goals. 5

Joao Palhinha: The Portuguese took a little while to get up to the pace of the contest for me, but was soon hitting his stride – not just with the tackles we've come to know and love but some lovely manipulation of the ball in central midfield. Grabbed his goal with a lovely looping header over Grbic from Andreas Pereira's corner and ensured that Fulham weren't overrun in the middle after United went 3-1 in front. 7

Sasa Lukic: Not the Serbian's strongest day in the middle of the park but he still got through plenty of gritty work off the ball. Kept it neat and tidy with his passing and won a couple of vital tackles, but his departure – and the tactical switches that eventually saw Cairney come into the engine room – eventually saw a fitful Fulham side finish on top. 6

Alex Iwobi: Unfortunate not to set up the opener when Muniz's first half effort was pushed onto the post after Iwobi played a beautiful ball through the heart of the home defence. Struggled to impose himself on proceedings as he has in recent weeks, but that might have been done to the robustness of Wilder's 3-5-2, which saw both of Fulham's wingers nullified for large parts of the match. 6

Willian: The evergreen Brazilian proved dangerous in fits and spurts, although he seemed strangely reluctant to take on Jayden Bogle. Willian's impeccable control and ability to give his defenders a breather was particularly important in the second half and he kept plugging away until the end – even if this wasn't one of his more influential afternoons. 6

Andreas Pereira: On another day, Pereira's silky skills and probing passing would have inspired Fulham to a comfortable win. Buoyed by his appearances for Brazil over the international break, the attacking midfielder had a hand in both of Muniz's chances that struck the woodwork – his cross for the second half header was simply sublime. There was no quibbling with his insatiable work rate and the quality of his passing was first class. 7

Rodrigo Muniz: This wasn't Rodrigo's easiest assignment against three physical and streetwise Sheffield United centre halves but he went about it with real relish. Muniz could easily have had a hat-trick. Grbic's firm hand onto the post in the first half was a superb save and the centre forward was desperately unlucky to hit the near post with a lovely header from Pereira's cross in the second half. He kept going and saved the best until last – a brilliant bicycle kick from Adama Traore's cross sparking sensational scenes in the away end. 9

Substitutes:

Adama Traore: The Spanish winger was superb after he came off the bench midway through the second half. His pace and power terrifies full backs and he was a willing outlet at a time when the Whites sorely needed an injection of belief. He always looked likely to provide a goal it came with a lovely lifted cross in stoppage time that was so majestically converted by Muniz. Traore is such an asset to bring off the bench – the next question will be how to fit him in Silva's best side, fitness permitting. 8

Tom Cairney: A match-turning cameo from central midfield from the skipper. The quality of Cairney's burst forward and pass into the space that was converted from long-range by Bobby De Cordova-Reid might be glossed over in all the salivating over Muniz's magnificent finish, but it really shouldn't be. Cairney kept possession brilliantly for Fulham – putting Silva's side firmly on top throughout stoppage time – and the only blot on his copybook was shooting straight at Grbic from that well-worked free-kick. 8

Bobby De Cordova-Reid: The Jamaican international has a reputation as being Fulham's jack of all trades but he doesn't half score some important goals for the Whites. Add his piledriver from 25 yards at Bramall Lane to the list – as it sparked a superb comeback from a position where the Whites looked dead and buried. He's a crucial part of Marco Silva's squad, even if he isn't a regular starter, and yesterday shows exactly why. 8

Raul Jimenez: Jimenez might not have grabbed the limelight as he got a few more minutes in the legs but his presence up top created more space for the likes of Traore, De Cordova-Reid and Muniz to create carnage as that incredible second half reached a remarkable conclusion. A player of his class will certainly push Muniz all the way in keeping the shirt – and we've already seen evidence of that. 6

Kenny Tete: The Dutch full back's late introduction added another dimension to Fulham's attack and kept the Sheffield United wing-backs pinned deep in their half for most of what seemed like a never-ending period of added time. 6

AC Milan plotting Tosin move
AC Milan have placed Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo towards the top of their list of summer transfer targets – believing the soon to be out-of-contract centre half is a perfect pick up on a free transfer.

Italian sports paper Gazetta dello Sport suggests that the former Manchester City centre back is one of the 'hottest names' on Milan's list of targets, especially as he will cost nothing as the Rossoneri plan for a prudent summer with a reduced transfer budget. The report claims that Adarabioyo's availability on a free has levered him above the Brest defender Lilian Brassier, who will command a hefty transfer fee this summer.

Fulham haven't given up hope of persuading Adarabioyo to remain at Craven Cottage – even though the 26 year-old has turned down two contract offers already. The Cottagers have tabled 'a bumper' contract offer to keep him at the club over the past fortnight and believe his strong relationship with head coach Marco Silva and his increased playing time since the turn of the year give them a good chance of avoiding his exit this summer.

Preview: Nottingham Forest vs. Fulham - prediction, team news, lineups
Nottingham Forest welcome Fulham to the City Ground on Tuesday night seeking to eradicate the four-point penalty handed to them during the international break.

Nuno Espirito Santo's men have already earned one point since having four docked, and claiming another three here would give them a huge boost in the fight against relegation.

Match preview
"We shall fight and we shall overcome" read a banner unfurled at the City Ground on Saturday, as the Forest faithful showed their desire to back the club in the face of Premier League sanctions.

In the first game since Forest were handed a four-point deduction, they managed to pull themselves out of the bottom three thanks to a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace, paired with Luton Town's defeat at Tottenham Hotspur.

Despite falling behind to Jean-Philippe Mateta's strike, and being fortunate to see Eberechi Eze miss two excellent chances, Chris Wood's superb header salvaged a point for under-pressure Nuno.

The result did extend their run of form to just one win in 10 games though, as Forest have lost six Premier League games in 2024 already.

With an appeal against their points deduction pending, Forest start the midweek schedule outside the bottom three on goal difference ahead of Luton, but they face a Fulham side who they have suffered against in recent seasons.

Forest have lost their last four games against Fulham here at the City Ground, including a 3-2 defeat in their first-ever Premier League meeting last season.

They were also on the receiving end of a 5-0 humbling at Craven Cottage earlier this season, in a result that was the beginning of the end for fans-favourite Steve Cooper, who was soon sacked and replaced by Nuno.

Nuno's Portuguese compatriot Marco Silva would have had mixed feelings about his side's performance at the weekend away to bottom-placed Sheffield United.

Fulham's European push suffered a blow as they only managed a 3-3 draw at Bramall Lane, but after being 3-1 down with five minutes to play, Silva was pleased with the comeback from his players.

A tight VAR offside call prevented the Blades from going 4-1 up, and Fulham took advantage, with in-form Rodrigo Muniz scoring a stunning acrobatic strike in injury time to snatch a point.

The Cottagers remain 12th, four points shy of the top eight having also played a game more than all of the sides around them, weakening their chances of a return to Europe after over a decade away.

Nottingham Forest Premier League form:

    W    L    L    L    D    D

Nottingham Forest form (all competitions):

    L    L    L    L    D    D

Fulham Premier League form:

    L    W    W    L    W    D

Team News
Taiwo Awoniyi is currently out with injury for Forest, but Nuno has stressed that the issue is not season-ending for the Nigerian striker.

Minor injuries to defensive duo Willy Boly and Nuno Tavares are set to keep them out, but Ola Aina featured at the weekend for the first time since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations.

Anthony Elanga is set to come into the side on the wing for Divock Origi after being introduced at half time against Palace, helping them to claim a point.

Fulham are the only team in the Premier League with a fully-fit squad at present, so Silva may be tempted to go with the same team once again.

Muniz is undroppable at present, with eight goals in eight games, and Armando Broja was left out of the squad entirely again at the weekend, despite featuring for Albania during the international break.

The one personnel change could come in midfield, as Harrison Reed may replace Sasa Lukic in a holding role alongside Joao Palhinha.

Nottingham Forest possible starting lineup:
Sels; Williams, Felipe, Murillo, Aina; Yates, Sangare; Elanga, Gibbs-White, Hudson-Odoi; Wood

Fulham possible starting lineup:
Leno; Castagne, Adarabioyo, Bassey, Robinson; Palhinha, Reed; Iwobi, Andreas Pereira, Willian; Rodrigo Muniz

We say: Nottingham Forest 1-1 Fulham

With just two wins away in the league this season, Fulham have also failed to beat both of the bottom two on the road this season and could find it difficult against another side battling the drop.

Forest themselves have not been in scintillating form by any means, with just one win in their last 10, and a closely-fought encounter could well end level at the City Ground.

Marco Silva shares why he offloaded one Fulham player as prediction comes true
2024 may well go down as the year of Rodrigo Muniz in the eyes of Fulham fans; imagine predicting that on New Year's Eve.

As Muniz celebrated the New Year, he can't have possibly imagined becoming the Premier League's in-form striker before April.

Muniz had made just eight Premier League appearances from August to the end of December.

Those appearances amounted to just 316 minutes of action and he went without a goal in that run too.

Few really thought Muniz would explode into life in 2024 but he has been simply sensational in recent weeks.

Saturday's acrobatic leveller in the 3-3 draw at Sheffield United was Muniz's eighth goal in his last eight Premier League games.

Muniz just can't stop scoring, taking himself from the Fulham bench to being almost undroppable right now.

Maybe this is just a purple patch, maybe Muniz has really unlocked his potential, but it's clear that Marco Silva knew this could happen.

Marco Silva on Rodrigo Muniz decision
Some may have wondered if Muniz would be going out on loan again, shaving spent last season with Middlesbrough.

Instead, it was another Brazilian striker who left Fulham on a temporary basis with Carlos Vinicius heading to Galatasaray.

Vinicius only started two Premier League games before moving to Turkey and has now started just once since that switch.

Speaking to The Athletic after Saturday's draw at Sheffield United, Silva admitted that it was pretty much a decision between loaning out Muniz or Vinicius.

Silva claims that the choice was made 'straight away', believing that Muniz had the ability to go on the goalscoring run we are now witnessing.

Silva pointed to Muniz's work in pre-season, leaving the Fulham boss to have a lasting feeling that he should be kept around.

"I sat down and had a conversation with him in May (last year), and decided he needed to do pre-season with us," said Silva. "We gave him a plan for the summer. And in the first week of pre-season we could see, OK, Rodrigo was here to fight. There have been some ups and downs with injuries, but we never felt it was time for him to go.

"We decided if one of the strikers needed to go it was decided straight away to be Carlos (Vinicius) as we felt that one day things will click for Rodrigo. Now he has had his chance and is showing his quality, all credit to him."

Vinicius was sent off to Turkey and and Silva's faith in Muniz is paying off, probably even more than Silva would have imagined.

Fulham must still attempt to work out if Muniz's form can be long-lasting, but he has made the January addition of Armando Broja almost pointless.

Whilst Broja is heading back to Chelsea this summer, Muniz is Fulham's to keep – and he could yet kick on even further after hitting this outstanding run of form.

Man Utd should make ambitious swoop for Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz
Manchester United should make an ambitious swoop for Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz as they look to provide competition to Rasmus Hojlund up front.

Hojlund is currently the undisputed starter for the Red Devils in the number nine position following his big-money arrival from Atalanta last summer.

The Dane had a mixed start to his career with only goals in the Champions League, but he has found his feet in the Premier League in recent months.

Overall, he has registered 13 goals to his name and he should get better with age and experience.

United are likely to sign a new striker to support him in the summer, considering Anthony Martial is expected to leave when his contract expires.

In our view, Fulham's Muniz would be an ideal candidate for United amid his impressive progress since becoming a mainstay for the London outfit.

Man Utd should make ambitious swoop for Muniz
The Brazilian ace had a tough start to the campaign with the Cottagers. He was initially on the bench before suffering a knee injury towards the end of the year.

The 22-year-old managed to reclaim his starting role in recent months. He has been in splendid form since February with eight goals in as many league outings.

Muniz is not necessarily known for his distribution and link-up play, but his positional sense in the box has been quite exceptional.

He recently scored a late equaliser at Sheffield United with a sublime bicycle kick in stoppage time.

Overall, the young striker averages almost three shots per league game this campaign with a conversion rate of more than 16 per cent.

In our view, he would be a splendid understudy for Hojlund at United, and could also stake the claim for a starting role with his finishing skills.

He is currently valued at £8.5 million by Transfermarkt, but Fulham would no doubt want a premium fee to consider his sale this summer.

Nonetheless, United should make an effort to land his signature. He could be prised away for a package between £35-40m in our opinion.

AC Milan 'planning summer move for Fulham defender'
AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Fulham centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo this summer.

Adarabioyo is facing an uncertain future at Craven Cottage, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.

Fulham are keen to retain Adarabioyo's service and are willing to offer a lucrative contract to persuade him to stay in West London.

However, the Cottagers have a fight on their hands to retain one of their key defenders, with a number of clubs believed to be showing an interest in the former Manchester City man.

Fellow Premier League clubs Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with the 26-year-old, while Milan are also said to be among his admirers.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, via Sempre Milan, the Italian giants have identified Adarabioyo as one of two central defensive targets for the summer transfer window.

Although they are prioritising a new striker, Milan are keen to strengthen their backline ahead of the 2024-25 campaign.

Simon Kjaer is likely to leave when his contract expires at the end of June, while Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw have struggled with injuries this season.

As a result, Stefano Pioli's side have picked out Adarabioyo and Brest's Lilian Brassier as potential candidates to reinforce their defence.

Milan would be able to sign Adarabioyo on a free transfer if he lets his Fulham deal run down, while Brassier is set to enter the final 12 months of his Brest contract.

One of Fulham's key central defenders
Although he struggled with injury in the early part of the season, Adarabioyo is still viewed as an important member of Marco Silva's squad.

The centre-back has started 14 of Fulham's last 16 Premier League matches, including each of their last five top-flight outings.

Adarabioyo has made a total of 128 appearances for the club following his arrival from Man City in the summer of 2020.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, Adarabioyo is expected to start when Fulham travel to the City Ground for Tuesday's Premier League meeting with Nottingham Forest.

Fulham, who occupy 12th position, will be looking to return to winning ways after playing out a 3-3 draw in Saturday's game against Sheffield United.

Rumours have been suggesting for a long time that a number of big clubs are lining up to sign Tosin on a free and it seems hat we have failed to get his signature on a new contract.
Surely it is time to start Diop and Ream in preparation for next season and also to look for a replacement centre back.

My belief is always start your best XI.  Simple as that, whether it's Carvalho or Adarabioyo.
