Literally got a push notification from the app just before 7 saying broadcasting for free and still saying broadcasting not started yet mins into the game. They really are useless sometimes. Perhaps someone realised they weren't charging £200 to watch it and pulled the plug?!

I get that things don't work sometimes, but it would be really nice to get some sort of acknowledgement when it's not working. This is not that uncommon of an occurrence and just a tweet or something that says "We are experiencing technical difficulties with the stream and are working to get it up and running. We will keep you updated" would be really nice and I don't recall them ever doing that

Exactly this. How after 20 mins they haven't bothered to say anything is unbelievable. And don't send a push notification to the fan base saying loin to watch the live stream until you have actually tested that the live stream is working! I love Fulham with all my heart but the ineptitude to get the simple things right is sometimes staggering.
