Is Iwobi worth his place in the team at the moment?

I think he's had a poor few games now (maybe last 5) and perhaps could do with a rest on the bench.
Problem is I don't really think Wilson or Adama or De Cordova Reid are in decent form either.

Maybe on this basis he should keep his place for now.

Fulham 442

He has most definitely been very poor the last few games... surprised he started today tbh

Nick Bateman

Traore should play ahead of him. He's not been productive of late but manager sees that hair flying around and thinks he's hard working.
Nick Bateman "knows his footie"

Drewry66

Been absolutely brilliant this season so come credit in the bank but poor the last two games and if nothing else should have been pulled a lot earlier.

BestOfBrede

Should have been subbed when there was still 30 mins to p,any, if not at halftime!
I don't like to moan but, I think Marco got it wrong today with subs and should have started with TC.

The same must be true of Robinson whether his hair is long or short. When will he wake up to the fact that we need a footballer and not an athlete in that position?

Marco's stubborn man
One of his downsides unfortunately

Robinson seemed lost without William.

That's harsh he's been brilliant but had an off day today

He is just not a quality player. If speed is everything then he is a qualty player.

Iwobi was playing out of position and is never a left winger. He is much better as a number 10.  As for Robinson he could not get forward as much as usual and in defence he was up against a tricky winger. Each of their goals were due to errors but perhaps that was due to the pressure that they put us under.
There was certainly @ lack of fight and a general sloppiness.

He didn't play on the left? He played on the right where he had his best games this season. Bobby played on the left and Andreas in the middle. He's been quite poor for 4-5 games now but he had key contributions in our goals. Today he didn't even have that (he did play a role in our goal, but he didn't do anything special even there).

I agree Robinson has been poor today as well. He was okay defensively for most parts, althiugh his positioning was poor 2-3 times, but his passing was atrocious.

fulhamish after a great team performance, next game the opposite it's the one consistentcy this season.

Dodgin

So many moves broke down through misplaced passes, would like to see Traore get more playing time

Benny

He has been poor the last couple of games but he was one of the only ones trying today.

He has been great for the best part of the season is what we need to remember

I'd be more worried why Marco can't seem to make changes earlier in the game

Tosin should not be playing anymore for sure and AP back to his usual performances after last week

So overall not just Iwobi today

I gotta admit giving him 5 mins here and there is an insult to him, he can't be happy about it

He's one of the best left backs in the league.

Oops Iwobi did play on the right!

The Fulham attack is lost without that Robinson, Willian, Cairney triangle.

Robinson seemed lost without William.

itombomb

He messed up badly a couple of times, and a few other occasions his ball wasn't good enough, but he also did a lot of things very well.

He's not been as good since the international break, but is still very important for us as alongside Willian he is the only player we have who can dribble past a man*, which he did a lot today to good effect. The fact he's been off it a bit, but still is pretty vital, shows the weaknesses in the squad.

*Traore can kick and sprint past a man, but it is a different thing.
