Classic or vintage cars?

If so whats the market like over in England?
I have a 73 MGBGT(last of the chrome bumpers) and an 86 BMW 320i TC BAUR (targa top) and thinking of getting rid,but the market for them has like everything collapsed over here so just wondering if it is anybetter over with you?

The bottom  has dropped out of the classic car market everywhere because so many people have tried to cash in on their investments, take a look at Ebay classic cars, that will tell you, only MGB that seems to fetch money is the v8 engined one

My old Landrover is holding its own at base value but I could'nt sell it and recoup the hours and money spent buying the twiddly bit that slotted into the invisible slot by the thingy. It seems a shame but there appears to be a few for sale now either top drawer renovations or ongoing projects. As you say some people might be cashing in whilst others are giving up on having a luxury item.
