He would be a decent pick up for a Zamora backup, but why would Birmingham let him go?

I am sure that Hughes and the team may be sounding this one out.

We really are improving which will partly be down to players returning from injury but also that Hughes now has the team playing his way.

Arguably bringing new players in now would actually have the potential to be destructive.

We can fear for the future of course but I don't understand why anyone would be unhappy with the way we're presently playing.

Proving our ambition by paying over the odds for the sort of misfits who are presently being touted around seems crazy to me.

Personally i think Jerome would be perfect for our current situation. But i can't see why he would want to come to us knowing that in about a month he would be on the bench.. assuming Zamora would be fit by then
