Brighton 1-1 Fulham Saturday 16/08

[First State]

We're gonna have some spirited discussions around Muniz this week. Buckle up.

[demeant0r]

We score from a corner! Perhaps the problem was AP after all

[sunburywhite]

Had to laugh as the backroom staff ppulled Silva away after he tried to celebrate in Hurzelers face

[ron]

Imagine a point from all that c**p!

What'll happen when we start playing for real?

[SimonDaviesEnjoyer]

@jayffc they could have been three up... they did create a few very good chances.

[_Putney_]

I love Muniz.

[sunburywhite]

I think that meant a lot to Muniz

[Deeping_white]

Brighton created naff all lets be honest, we also created naff all. Awful game of football and our supposed known to each other squad looked like a bunch of half cooked strangers, which is entirely on the coach. A lot of work to do but a point at Brighton is good. Given we know we'll likely have two wingers coming in and undoubtedly a CF too, you can at least look at the positives but we 100% need a new face in the engine room too

[Deeping_white]

Also big thank you @Nero for the stream, was 10/10 with the audio turned off!

[KentFulham]

Will take the draw but that was poor, Muniz got us out of jail

[SerbianLad]

Good work from Lukic and even more so ESR to win us that corner and finally a good delivery in this match. Superb finish from Muniz too, of course.

[jayffc]

Douglas luiz
Kevin
Nelson
Taremi/another

Make it happen

Onwards and upwards

[HV71]

That goal will certainly test our resolve if Atalanta increase their offer . I just hope we keep him

[KentFulham]

People saying Brighton created nothing, last 15 they had three big ops

[Pie n Mash]

Saw that, was it not at the officials?

[Deeping_white]

One of them was literally because the ref decided that someone jumping into Leno and not playing the ball was all of a sudden fair cop, cmon man

[Count Flapula]

What control and finish from Muniz: absolute top quality!

Honestly he is deadly in and around the 6 yard box, his finishing is so underrated.

His composure as well has improved out of sight from when he joined us.

Neither team were great but what spirit to snatch a point at the end.

[Hatch007]

I must have been watching a different game because I didn't see one guilt-edged chance they missed.

A long range shot that Leno fumbled and a header into the side netting from a corner was all they mustered in the second half.

[Rambler]

Our top assets are bassey, king and Muniz. To let any of them go is madness. We have to build a team around them.

[georgiajohn]

Well we have improved from last season, did we not lose there last year, from a last minute goal, payback is great
