Toon time wasting

What was that all about ???   Why was Harper not booked ?????  is that how they play all of the time ???
it was real ugly. That  together with the ref blowing every 2 seconds .....his lips  must have been sore by the half , as he allowed the game to flow in the 2nd half ............and we got a better handle on the offside trap .
With the exception of Jonas Gutierrez and Leon Best they have no real class players ...............
and who knew Lippy The Lion is a Toon defender ???

He didn't blow for the clear penalty. But yes he did have a close relationship with his whistle. Newcastle came for a draw and were wasting time from the very start. And the offsides has just confused me even more.
