Photographic evidence or I won't believe it. ::beer::
Any fool can criticise, condemn and complain, and most fools do.

I wouldn't have a clue how to do that....but here's an old picture from The Sussex Express:-

The starlings are here every night - I'm going to start selling tickets

Not worth it Mr H.
I have been following it with starlink.

That brings  back a memory of seeing  an incredible murmuration there long ago. We bought a glass ornament of a bird that day from the shop on the pier which is still in our cabinet. I just read that the proprietor and maker of the glassware retired a couple of years back after fifty odd years of making.

I beg to differ, back in the early sixties a mate of mine asked me to do him a favour.
He wanted to take this girl he fancied out, but as she had a mate who was visiting her, he could only take her out if he mate came along.
So he asked me if I wouldn't mind making a foursome.l asked him is she is  a looker and not a plain  Jane.
He swore I would like her.
He wanted to take her up West to Leicester Square.
Anyway I met them outside Tooting Bec underground station.
When I saw this bird, I almost turned and ran away.
She was definitely the ugliest bird I have ever seen poor girl, I actually felt more sorry for her than I did for me. I was well over 6 ft and she was 4ft and a cigarette paper, it didn't make sense, and you should have seen the size of her beak, she would have pecked me to death.
Anyway we ended up going in a cinema so we could sit in the dark so nobody could see me with her.
I felt a bit guilty but she was so ugly she could haunt a house.
My first and last blind date.
I never forgave him for it.
Its not the man in the fight, it's the fight in the man.  🐘

Never forget your Roots.
