It's probably done if it is going to happen. They mess about with the PR stuff and then announce it so we shall see soon.

My guess is that's it's done. It was all agreed yesterday, medical today. If there was a problem we would have heard by now.

We would have already heard if the medical failed I think. More likely is they did the medical, had him sign the contract, the media team did an interview and other video of him meeting teammates, etc. then wrote up the article for the website and are now planning to release it tomorrow during the day for maximum reach/impact rather than dropping it in the middle of the night for it to get buried. Think it usually happens midday.
