Neutral Zone Ultra

Quite frankly I doubt Shahid has much input into transfers beyond potentially just giving a final sign off so doubt his presence in person means anything.

It'd be strange if he was bankrolling the whole club and outright owner of it for him to visit and have conversations with coaches/management and players and not be lobbied or have an interest in knowing when he's in town what's going on to form his own opinions on the matter. Afterall it's an asset with value that appreciates if things go well.

Naturally but I would suspect that he defers that judgment to Mackintosh and other advisers, and relies on what they tell him. Either way I don't think his presence in town means that he's here to do transfer business.

SK will probably be as interested in the new fine dining restaurant as much as anything as it nearly completes his vision of the ground improvements.
Could be critical with the new SCR rules, particularly if we were to get into Europe again.
And why not, as a club we are fortunate willing to improve the ground and its income all year round.
I suspect the 'improved' Hammy toilet facilities will be a lower priority!

I would hazard a guess that he has no clue about the Hammy end toilets.

Sadly she wasn't

Come on, be honest.
You're his agent, aren't you ?
I wish I was! I'd get him straight to Fulham and pocket the commission! Also he would form a central defensive partnership with Bassey which will translate into a better understanding at international level! Killing 2 birds with 1 stone!  ::smile::

Think you could get signed on to represent him in the next 24-48 hours?

There's a cross-marketing opportunity here. We can charge for tours of the toilets off season and give tourists a flavour of the Dickensian poverty still rife in London.

Maybe they are waiting to get them listed by National Heritage...

Perhaps he has been in secret collaboration with Mr Woolly.

If only Alistair Sym was still with us. He could front the tour!

He's here for the first game of the season.

Who, Alistair Sym?

Are the girls from St Trinians here as well?

I will be as good as I can be and when I cross the finishing line I will see what it got me

Everton expected to sell Jake O'Brien, with PL teams interested. Would be a perfect CB signing for us IMHO.

May I ask why? Genuinely curious.

I don't remember seeing him play much, hence me asking. Does he have any pace?

He's 6'6" according to Wikipedia so should be good in the air at least

I think he wants to leave because Moyes plays him at RB and he wants to play CB. Good in the air and loves a tackle and also quite mobile - questions over him as a ball playing CB but I think that can be somewhat mitigated because he's got the defensive and mobility aspects we'd be looking for

From what I've seen he's an old school centre back and I think we need someone a bit more comfortable on the ball.
