We Are Premier League

Tall decent pace and can RB at a push, i'd take him...but i think he will be expensive

Oh heck yes.   In this system I'd take him over Cuenca all day.

Well, I expect we'll see Anderson back at RCB for now after that slop show from Cuenca. 🫠

But clearly an upgrade is required there and if we're gonna play that wide with our CBs then we're gonna some pace. I can totally see why Nwaiwu made sense and perhaps a Tomori might do the job for now...we can't play this system without recovery pace.

Not for me
May I ask why? Genuinely curious.

I don't remember seeing him play much, hence me asking. Does he have any pace?

He's 6'6" according to Wikipedia so should be good in the air at least

I think he wants to leave because Moyes plays him at RB and he wants to play CB. Good in the air and loves a tackle and also quite mobile - questions over him as a ball playing CB but I think that can be somewhat mitigated because he's got the defensive and mobility aspects we'd be looking for

If one thing seems clear to me it's that our CBs need to be able to play out AND have recovery pace

Moussa Dembele the 3rd

How about trying Tete at RCB? He's good in the air, he's a very smart footballer, and has excellent recovery speed. He's one of our better players really, but it's obvious Arbeloa prefers Castagne at right back.

Has he ever placed cb in a back 4? He's played a few games as rcb in back five but that's very different.

Kenny could've been a option last night

After last night, the team needs to be prepped to play a back 5 when needed.  Tete is a great option for the RCB position.

Rutzler says up tot 50M!

How did they even manage this? You buy a player for 30m and then sell him for a 20m profit the following year after a less than average season.

Less than average is being kind...

Remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
I will be as good as I can be and when I cross the finishing line I will see what it got me

Delap at that price makes GG7 look like a bargain
