Non International Players During a Break

Its pretty wild that we will go 3 weeks between games, and for players not on International duty, you are talking about a long time without real matches.

Do the players get a week off to recoup and then come back to get up to speed? Has the club (or any club) talked about this period and documented what it looks like?

I always wonder about substitutes or unused players in the last game as well. Some might go a month without any game time and for a good chunk of time half the team is gone on International duty. Even the guys coming back from International duty will have over 10 days before our next game.

What an awkward part of the season and curious how it impacts us.

They take second jobs....think I saw Harrison Reed doing a Sainsbury delivery the other day

Don't we usually organise behind-doors matches?

I think they are taking up cabbing around the south coast area. Apparently there is some bloke spending all his time warming up and not doing his job.
Maybe just a rumour.

Story of my life
"I was looking back to see if she was looking back to see if i was looking back at her"
Sadly she wasn't

He's also on FoF all day long. Probably drawing the dole as well, that's how he moves house every month or so. I expect he'll try and get a government job checking fuel prices and charge them a fortune, the meters on. Think his wife should be on the honours list, buck up Charlie.

I'm an expert in all things unworkable....might you know I actually took somebody the other day too where they wanted to go, the meter went on before they said how much, and it's still on 3 day's later

I think the answer is probably Foxhills Golf course & resort in Chertsey, a great place if you've got time & a few £ in your pocket.
