For those looking for a football fix today, it is official Non League Day. Many non league clubs are thriving but, sadly, a number are struggling to make ends meet.If you can, lend your support to your local semi pro club today.

I just saw this article about it actually. Apparently Maidenhead Utd (one of my local non league clubs have partnered up with Juventus for the occasion.

It's a good way to raise awareness for small clubs like Maidenhead so I presume other non league clubs are doing similar tie ups?

I'll wait to see if any loan signings follow on from it!  ::wine::

I`m off to watch my local club Worthing United against Mile Oak today. It`s free entry for season ticket holders of various leagues, which I have a season ticket for AFC Whyteleafe. Up the Mavericks.

On my way back from seeing Wealdstone v Marine in the FA Trophy semi final. The game wasn't a classic but you can't beat a winner in the last minute of added time. 1-0 to the Stones who will meet Southend United in the final at Wembley.
