Villa Game Digital Tickets - in case of reassurance to others

I had an email from the ticket office this morning (italicised below). I wasn't sure if it was legitimate so rang the club who confirmed it was genuine. 

Dear Supporter

Thank you for your recent purchase of the Fulham v Aston Villa game to be played on Saturday 25 April 2026, kick off 12.30pm.
 
Unfortunately, we have a small number of issues with supporters downloading passes to apple or google wallet.

A new email will be sent from [email protected] containing new links to your digital tickets.

If you have successfully downloaded the original link.  Please remove this and download the new link once received.

Please download from the email you will receive within next 24 hours and any issues let me know.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
