Connection problems to the website

Having a few problems connecting to the website, it's saying the problem is between cloudfare and the host website. It's intermittent and been for the last couple of days.

our hosting company hasn't reported any issues, having said that I'm not sure they monitor the cloudfare connection or if it differs between locations?
