About the Liverpool game ?
I don't wanna jinx us or nothing but I just have a feeling we will show up big time, I don't think it'll be anything like that drab affair at Man City last weekend

I wanna be positive but at the same time gotta be realistic. Last game Liverpool hammered a Wolves team that didn't do much apart from a few couple runs from Adama Traore on the wing ending in nothing or a few couple headers from Coady that ending nowhere near the goal. Scott Parker has to go for choices which he thinks will suit the match. But also need to bring a few players back in the starting lineup that might change the game mentality. Let's keep our heads up. coyw!!!
Hopefully a day when Fulhamish works in our favour.
Aston Villa beat them 7-2 . Anything is possible. I think we can get a point.
A point would be a great result. But I have a eye on the Brighton game which is only a few days later. I personally don't want us to go all out this weekend as the Brighton game will help mould the rest of the season- just my take on it
I do and I'm not a gambling man, but my head says put money on Liverpool to score within the first 15 mins.

After watching them against Wolves I can't see us getting anything from the game, but I can see us give 100% and play to our best.

I remember it bog, Wolves took big revenge and brought us down to earth. We did have a good season that year though.

Not aware of who the ref is and also the VAR backroom intrusion. Expect Salah to fall over and get a penalty. Still remember the last time at The Cottage when Mane fell like he'd been shot after a slight touch on his shoulder and ref (Pawson) points to the spot as soon as he possibly can. Klopp will be in officials face demanding every decision and it does influence them.
No team no matter how good they be are not invincible.
Get tactics and mind set right for the day and who knows,Fulham fans are so pessimistic at times it must work it's way through to the players..Have a bit more faith,or at least hope.
There a little club Cadiz just been promoted to Spanish top league this season,a month ago they stuffed Real Madrid and did the same to Barcelona last week.

Not really no. They still have Salah, Firmino, Jota and Mane. Plus Allison and Oxlade-Chamberlain will allegedly be fit again.
If we are to have any chance we need to defend the wings as well as we did against Leicester, especially on the right side.

I've gone for a 8th or higher finish so yes, all things are possible in football, the big thing to drive momentum are 'performances' (to a high level).
Liverpool are very open these days, if teams are brave enough to attack, then the possibilities of upsets exists, they've conceded quite a few goals.
The players need to be like tigers, don't let up on the pressing.

When someone says we can do something but we must be "realistic" why? Why not be optimistic.
Before the Leicester game I was on Facebook and 4/5 people saying we must be realistic and face it we are not getting a result. I was and always will be OPTIMISTIC.
Our problems in attack are weighing on my mid, just can't see us scoring against Liverpool.
Perhaps a front three of Lookman, Mitro and Kamara could perform a smash and grab, but there I go dreaming again.

Everyone talks about them against Wolves @ Anfield with their fans in the stadium. Nobody talks about their dodgy display away at Brighton FFS. Have some faith! I do I think we will have a good game against them. Defensively they are pants just need exploiting.

I agree. I always like to believe we will win the next game. If you do not have that attitude in sport you set yourself up to fail.
Whether gettinga result is likely or not based on what has gone before has to be put to one side because oit is 0 0 and 11 V 11 when we kick off and if we play to our best we can win.

Let's just hope the players have a good feeling about the game, and go in prepared and confident, just as they did v Leicester. Have a good game plan and stick to it.
As long as we start Alphonse Areola, we will be alright. I think losing 2-0 at City was yet another example of us playing really well lately. Just put in a good shift boys, COYW!

Plus point both teams start 11 v11 so equal chance plus its Xmas time and they might present us a gift of 3 pionts with an off day.

I am quite optimistic as well. I think we will keep morale up and put in a great shift and keep it to 2-0 L'pool. Maybe 3-0.

You could ask the same question if we were about to play Sheffield U or WBA and Ben would give the same answer!
Nothing is clear cut and straightforward. I think we will play our most mobile and aggressive side and if we do that and have some luck, Alongside 2000 home fans and a referee who doesn't let us down we have the potential to definitely get a result. I am quietly confident that we will get a point.
We have to believe as a club and be positive about our future. We have a very decent football person in charge and very good ownership and a great fan base to work with.
Just give 100% is all I ask against the champions. We can do this :-)
I've had good feelings about games in the past against Top 4 sides, but not this one.
Liverpool are just too well drilled I think, and any slightly wayward passes will be exploited with the old Klopp gegenpress
