I'm old enough to remember when clubs were not permitted to wear shirts with their sponsors name when the games were televised. Coventry tried to get around this by working their sponsors logo into the actual shirt design (it was a T for Talbot cars). The footballing authorities were unimpressed and they had to wear a different kit if featured on MOTD.
Not sure if this is allowed since these aren't the actual kits, but someone did a mockup of the Fulham 20/21 kits. I think the home and third (maroon/orange) kits look pretty good. Really like the blue away, but don't really care for the "airwaves" design on it.
/photo/1
This changing every season now,the makers are running out of ideas so add lines and dots to change things.
Burnley one is plain traditional and smart.

I guess it is all a matter of taste but I think the Fulham shirt is not as attractive as some of our shirts from the past, why therefore not adopt the superior old design.
If forced to choose the most impressive from the above I would select the Wolves shirt, smart , straightforward and has impact.
But then I have to admit to being a grumpy old man.
The Puma Havana City one should be only worn in bed with the light off, under a suit of armour.
I still fail to see the need for a third kit, if the away kit clashes the home kit won't obviously.

how long was the dafabet deal, maybe we are looking for a new sponsor
Just checked and yes we only signed a two year deal with dafabet in 2018. So I'd imagine that's the hold up with the kit.
All a bit of a muddle, nothing there I would wish to see Fulham wearing.
Wolves home kit is clear and striking and perhaps the best but hope a straightforward bold black and white would match it.

I would be happy enough with the Accrington Stanley kit - but with red trim around the end of the sleeves. Failing that - the Ipswich template would do! The kits of the top Prem clubs all look cheap - strange that many of the lower league clubs are so much better (Oldham home and away, Fleetwood Town away for example). I think Hummel make the best kits, followed by Adidas. Nike and Umbro are on the whole terrible!

The tighter designs aren't just for the purpose of modern style, also gives the opposition team less to hold on to. Rugby shirts have tightened for the same reason.

Be good to see some of your knock ups JC, these are 2 of the worst kits I've seen from adidas. There are some better templates that they have i am sure
here are some "fantasy" home Fulham kits, I've used the "arm sponsor" from our last time in the Prem' and kept Dafabet as we don't yet know who the shirt sponsor will be.

The bottom three look great tbh, the white one with a smaller adidas logo so it doesn't get out of the stripe, would be brilliant
I hope we do not get a bog standard plain shirt like Leeds have, would prefer something with a little personalisation other than badge and sponsor
I really like the Southampton home one, diagonal stripe looks great.
I like the concept one with the horizontal strip across the chest with red trim too.

The wolves one is our 19/20 home kit but slightly modified, I would say it's improbable (not impossible) that we get a kit with the same base template as the past season
If you have one of our 19/20 white shirts, you can check that the pattern Adidas has given to wolves is the same that we have on that shirt (just did the comparison and it looks the same to me)

That is so but it's still generally the case that we are always the last to reveal the new shirt (and sponsor) and the regularity of it happening is puzzling ?
If its any consolation, Southampton have changed their sponsors and might have to reissue kits bought already

That Man City 3rd is truly awful no wonder he's playing air guitar. That is a shirt designed for "leisure wear" not football
It looks like it's supposed to be a sea of single-celled organisms?
Inspired by Pretty Green fashion by one of the Gallaghers ?!? I don't mind that third shirt ... something a bit different ???? Why not
I like it too. Their away shirt looks great as well.

I can't understand why they had to add "gold" on the sleeves on Wolves away kit - it makes no sense at all.
It reminds me of our orange away kit that was supposed to be something like the Netherlands old kit, but they added too much black and it looked a mess.

If tomorrow it has been bought forward, in the meeting the club have with the trust it was said it would be the Friday before the season starts
This better be worth the wait ...🙄
I predict our home shirt will be like Sheff Utds but without the stripes.

Similar in as far as its white but I predict a V neck not round with coloured trim on the arms.
Only the mega clubs get a custom design shirts so just another adidas of the peg design with a tweek to make it FFC.
I know Whitejc only updates the thread when a kit is officially released, but the leaked Manchester United third kit must be one of the ugliest ever! Even the shorts and the socks will feature the same pattern as the shirt!

Don't disagree with off the peg, we have had that in the past. However, i was told the delay was with some personalisation to the kit which we could have if we were in the prem.

Rumour mill on Twitter has a Fulham account saying ours is going to be announced on Friday. If they are 'in the know', that's interesting. Imagine it'll be for publicity sake to leave it till the day before the season starts. If so may be a big or interesting sponsorship contract/sponsor.

Once upon a time the idea of a second kit was to solve clashes with opponents kit and good grace dictated that home fans got to see their lads play in the main kit, hence the "away kit". We are now so far away from that practical consideration that this year Chelsea are pushing the envelope with their daring choice of away kit that's basically the same colour as their home kit. Good grief.
