NFR...Cup Final Replays (just watched the Gaelic, and recalling past FA Cups)

I just watched what was a rather exciting Gaelic Football Final between Dublin and Kerry, and it tied 19-19 at the end of full time... I was only half listening to the commentary, and was expecting at least Extra Time or something, but No, the final whistle blew, the players on both sides looked disappointed and they go back to  replay in two weeks time.

Just feels like such a damp squib of a way to end things. The crowd had been really pumped up, and now they have to wait two weeks. At least in the old FA Cup Replay days it was just a few days later...but even then it just feels wrong.

Cul Finals should have a definite ending on the day, for sure.

Anyhow, just thought it was an interesting thing.

The only great Cup Final Replay I can remember is the Ricky Villa one.
