Heard a story from a friend about a Vietnamese refugee living in Canada and complaining to their host (relative of said friend) that they were freezing each night. The host progressively provided more bedding but the refugee continued to complain about it being freezing. The host, baffled, decided to observe the refugee while they were sleeping, and discovered that they were in-fact sleeping on-top of the multiple layers of bedding, which was apparently a concept they were not familiar with.

The most frustrating thing is that we the taxpayer is paying their salary

There could be better advice from these people in the pipeline, keep your eye open for a suggestion to use hot water bottles.

Apparently they have called this 'snap'  The Troll of Trondheim, a while back we had The Beast from the East so they want to maintain standards of information.....right thanks. Imagine if they hadn't  made us aware...   Shiver at the thought....
