Agree no one stood out.

Last two games we've laboured to wins against really, really crap teams. I guess it's a positive that this squad can win games even by turning in bang mediocre performances, but yeah, no one outstanding.

ESR, Wilson, Jiminez and King when he came on were probably our best players IMO.

Wouldn't praise any of the CMs or CBs today - West Ham opened us up far too often and far too easily.

Cuenca for me , but Wilson and Raul for the goal and effort could have had mom.

Just pleased to come away with the points
Guy goes into the doctor's.
"Doc, I've got a cricket ball stuck up my backside
"How's that?"
"Don't you start"

Surprised nobody has mentioned Robinson. Massive in defence against Bowen and we were hugely reliant on him in attack with crosses

If it wasn't for the medication I,d be chewing on your skin

First time I've seen the goal, I didn't realise Harry used his right foot?

Just like I praised Berge after last match for the exact same reason, I'll praise King now. Well done to him for making that "professional" foul. Those two fouls could have been the difference between getting a win and drawing those games. It's nice to see more players willing to do that now than early in the season, when pretty much only Lukic was doing that. Some may not like it, but the reality is all teams do that and that's what's needed to get wins sometimes.

I went for Cuenca but as already stated it's a tough decision today . I was very privileged today had a corperate seat lower section just off the halfway line , was treated by a WH fan mate .
1975 just leaving home full of hope

Btw, why did they sub off Magassa? He was, apart from Bowen the only West Ham player that looked half decent, imo.

The same reason Marco sometimes subs off the best/most dangerous players I guess?

Also, I think we did enough to get the win. We dominated possession and created more chances. Leno made one save (technically 2 but the second shot was from far away and straight at him), Areola made 3 saves and Raul missed a good chance in the first half. West Ham had a few other half-chances but so did we. Our last two performances might not have been the flashiest wins we ever got, but I do think we absolutely deserved to win both. I wouldn't mind the same type of performances and results until Muniz, Sess and AFCON boys come back.

We certainly did enough to win. I'd rather a boring 1-0 win than an exciting 3-2 loss to be honest.

I went for Cuenca again. I really like this guy, no nonsense defender. Aaron Hughes or Ream like. What a decision for Marco if Cuenca maintains his form until Calvin returns.
Own up how many wanted Raul replaced after 60 or so minutes. Mid thirties and another full shift put in. At the end of the season he'll sleep for a solid month.
