He looks rusty and like he's trying to impress too hard. Either to stay at this club or to get a move somewhere , either way he needs to chill the overplaying and keep it simple

Reed needs to get the team working together.  Might be a stretch, but Traore's inability to play at the team's pace and Reed's inability to set him straight had us lose whatever momentum we'd had.
