Not sure Andrews and Silva are in the same league really. Andrews has put Brentford firmly at the table for a Champions League/Euro spot, really good transfers, appear to buy and sell well to fund the growth, all with a small stadium/fan base. Basically they have continued on from where Frank left. Had we of found a £30m 25+ goal scoring machine like them, maybe it would be different.

I agree, they aren't in the same league, I'd take Silva over Andrews all day long. You've nailed it too. They have Thiago, we don't. He's  a difference maker. Andrews inherited a good squad from Frank who should take a lot of the credit for what's going on at Brentford this season. I think Andrews can only be properly judged over a longer time period. Definitely not manager of the season material.
