I've just purchased my first ever season ticket in the Riverside.

£1543 for the season. I was expecting nothing less that £2000 so that was pretty good.

What I would say is that the next two rows in front of me in the same block was charging £3192!

It'll only be for one season so I've saved up for it lol.

I mean fair enough if it makes you happy but christ you're being ripped off. Alistair Mackintosh rubbing his hands with glee as we speak.

makes no sense at all that seats in the same area are so much more expensive, you are probably be going to look at the corner flag for that price

KentFulham

Don't think it is ragebait. There is a difference between what is a good price and what is a good price at Fulham. Generally football has become too expensive, but £1500 is cheap in the grand scheme of fulham prices

Enjoy 007, up to you what you spend your hard earned on, you may even bump into the legend Ivor.

Our group has just added another ST holder in H6, about £950 which equates to £50 a game which isn't too bad.

Go to the theatre in London and get a good seat for less that £80

Enjoy the season ticket, having one is fun.

C Block

After a season without one and coupled with the news of Silva leaving and Arbeloa coming in I've purchased one in Block C near as dammit to my old one ,
Looking at the seat map there are literally thousands available, so much for oversubscribed and the need for a wait list,
Hopefully as the new signings start appearing some of those seats start selling.

There will be because you can buy a ST anywhere, however they won't sell all the seats as STs as they cap it to retain a % for match day sales for members and general plus extra for ST holders

I bought one in the HE today for a family member and, yes, there were numerous seats available.  However,  they were overwhelmingly in the lower, front rows, I'd guess the first dozen closest to the pitch.  So perhaps literally thousands across all stands but i imagine season tickets are selling pretty well.
The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

I've never quite got this often used argument... You're not going to the theatre, you're going to Fulham v Hull City on a Tuesday night. Ticket prices are out of control now but people pay it so here we are, if you can afford it and think it's value fair enough. Its cheaper to go to Chelsea sadly.

Lower front rows are affected the most by the cold weather and rain in winter, which could be why they're still available

I signed up to the waiting list last year and was put off by the way the ownership I felt had priced them and were treating long term fans.

I signed up this year and, as much as I'm curious about being a season ticket holder again, the Arbeloa announcement doesn't fill me with confidence and neither does the poor management of the situation alongside that of Raul and Wilson.. to much important stuff up in the air where we're weakened instead of strengthened.

The league is tight.. yes we were two points off Europe, but if Arbeloa doesn't work out (who knows - something that worries me enough that people don't know), then all silvas work will be undone and well potentially be back to square one.

Do I really want to spend lots of money going to see something that could be horrendous?

If Marco had stayed, I'd have more likely bought something as it felt momentum was building and he was close to taking us to the next stage etc

I get the impression you would "worry" about crossing the Fulham Palace Road before kick off as you obviously worry about everything else,
You've been put off buying a season ticket because 35 year old Raul Jimenez is leaving alongside hit and miss free agent Harry Wilson that has to be the weakest argument ever put forward for not buying one 😁
If you had mentioned the cost or the appalling facilities then fair enough, but Raul Jimenez leaving is laughable.

:slap: the only reference I made to being worried is regarding Arbeloa not working out and the risk of a largely untried manager - meaning would I be spending £1k-£1.5/6k just for a season ticket, on a season where we could find ourselves in a relegation scrap because we hire a manager who's in over his head?

Lol, no worries about that being about Raul as an individual, more based on the fact that he and Wilson have contributed 40% of last seasons goals which is a significant amount to lose in a summer, especially with an untried manager and the league being as tight as it was.

Not worried to the degree you suggest, though you do seem overly concerned about a random poster on an online messageboards opinion.. perhaps its a case of projecting ones own traits onto someone else in this instance.

For me what I expressed, even though I used the word worry, was for me a legitimate and rational concern. Walking across a road, which you used as some sort of straw man argument, is not the same.

13 points separated us and West Ham last season. 40% of our goals gone I imagine would see that margin dissappear pretty quickly, if not altogether.

Surprised you don't considered that a potential risk.

Arbeloa had one of the best squads in the world at his disposal at Real, Fulhams squad is talented, but they could struggle.

This isn't a guarantee, Arbeloa could prove to be the best thing ever, but there's not enough proof yet to know either way.

Nice one mate. Been over at the Riverside since it opened. I quite like it. Few minor niggles but I think it's pretty good.

Good for you though. You spend your money however you choose. We are here for a good time not a long time.
