Quote from: Woolly Mammoth on June 11, 2026, 07:58:00 PMMay I reassure everyone that my Crack Intelligence Unit have informed me that Fulham
are in the process of bringing in a profusion of players if negotiations are successful, and Ally Mac is working overtime to make things happen.
My only question is that as I have no idea who the new manager is going to be, if these players are signed will the new manager be happy with that as who ever it is may not like what he sees.
Which makes me suspect that Fulham are even closer than we think in bringing in a new manager.

And more dung beetles....

The Grand Dragon and Imperial Wizard of the North of the Equator Dung Beetles Association has informed me that they struck up a petition to have the Excrement end of the ground surrended by Barbed Wire, a 20 feet deep moat infested with angry Crocodiles.
Along with the Republican Guard posted every 3 feet behind an Electrified Fence carrying  1000 volts of electricity.
They are also reinforced by a minefield covering the circumference of the premises for 300 yards as the crow flies.
If these defences are breached, then a sloth of starving Grizzly Bears shall be waiting excitingly for any unsuspecting trespassers.
If anyone decides they can bypass the defences by parachuting 🪂 in from above will be met by a profusion of Barrage Balloons.

Its not the man in the fight, it's the fight in the man.  🐘

"It's very likely that Arnau Martínez will leave Girona this summer: several clubs are already interested in him, including Betis, Fulham, and PSV.

The Spanish footballer has a €8 million release clause."

Sky Sports: Fulham are having a look into signing young attacking midfielder at Dinamo Zagreb, Luka Stojkovic.

Fulham are also understood to be looking at adding to the right-back position.

Must mean one of Kenny or Timothy is off then?

The Croatians in the comments appear to be giving him a glowing review.

Timmy you'd think, he's had offers and been interested in leaving for a couple of windows now.

Suprised those are the only clubs linked at this stage given the fee. He's been linked to some very big clubs before and still young

Thailand Mick

Apparently Man utd are looking at Sander Berge.

Which is odd seeing as he gets panned by a lot of Fulham fans.
I see his value and class, there's no one better to be receiving a straight ball from Leno, facing his own goal under pressure. He rarely, rarely loses the ball in the middle.
If he could add a few goals (he's never scored more than 4 i think) and being better in the air (he's poor for his height) he'd be at a very different level.

He's not quite as consistent as you'd expect from a high quality DM. Lack of goals and aerial weakness are just who he is, but if he could be consistent he'd be good enough for a top 6 team (maybe not as a regular starter though).

If we could rob them of even £25m that would be great news. Man U replace Ugarte with a taller Ugarte! If he stays then it's hard to believe he can only pass sideways. Arbeloa likes vertical passing so would hopefully get more out of him.

Either that or possibly the cunning plan of Marcos agent to switch him to Benfica after he had switched Jose to Real Madrid
Following which Arbeloa to us
That must add up to some huge triple commission fee

Not a Fulham related transfer but looks like Brighton are going fill the coffers up again selling Van Hecke to Spurs!
You have to tip your hat to them as they are light years ahead when it comes to making a profit on a player/s.

Brighton have achieved a fantastic result there on a player I would have been disappointed paying £20m for.

The good thing about other clubs buying based on data is you can flip to other clubs, despite the player being average to good, if you max out the right metrics. If you combine that with a 3+ year plan (e.g. signing players constantly as potential replacements) then you have the freedom to sell at the height of the market, something we are very poor at.

JimmyConway

If rumours are true we are possibly looking at potentially another addition at right back don't think Wan Bissaka would be the worst decision. Thought he was superb against Portugal for DR Congo and not many better one on one against a wide player. Strong aggressive delivers a decent cross. Has a couple of flaws but at our level don't they all.

Good call (should 1 of Timmy/Kenny leave)
