Sincerely hope that was not true. It would give me zero faith in the club's ability to evaluate talent if it were. He is horrible defensively. We'd be just as well off putting Kevin at RB if that were the plan.

It seems like AA needs EVERYONE to be speedy speedsters who can do tricks and score goals otherwise his tactics don't work. We might as well buy the entire RM academy if that's the case.

If Marco can change his tactics to suit the PL, then so can AA.

I really like Dest tbf, pacey, skilful and just great going forward. Would have been a good edition in an Arbeloa team where fullbacks are basically playing as wingers.

Out of interest, does anyone know how big our transfer team is? Atm we seem to be negotiating for 10 players in some form or other, including presumably having to sit down with players/clubs and their representatives to negotiate fees and contracts.

I'm assuming that's not all being done by just Ali Mac and TK, so how many people do we have at the club working on these things and who are they?
