I'm still on ten games before a review but I would want to see something to make me smile next week even if it's just not starting Bobb or Anderson.

Genuinely baffled how anyone who watched that game today would not want to see Bobb start next week.

Apologise. Got a bit lazy there. If AA is going to persist with Iwobi he needs to be out wide to free up space for a genuine midfielder to cement a partnership with Charles who I think has to be the regular choice in that position. Bobb certainly isn't that option so for me he starts on the bench.

So you'd shift Iwobi to the right and leave Palacios in the starting lineup? I'd prefer Iwobi in for Palacios and leave Bobb on the right.

I was willing him to slot one home this afternoon (after a couple of good runs) but it always just kind of dies out.  I am obviously hoping that one going in off of his arse will ignite him but at the moment it really doesn't look like it.

He had a goal mate, I'd expect him to be among the highest rated on a silly fan rating site. Tbc he was ok today, probably his best match with us, but that's a low bar (he was by no means "very good").

Bobb definitely looked better today. But he really should have scored when he made that run in on goal and, with just Henderson to beat, hit it straight at him!

As many have said our attack is looking much improved but
AA needs to get the defenders defending.

Come off it, we've never been as exposed as this. Committing players so forward is leaving so much space in beiind, to a comical extent that the opposition must be unable to believe their luck

The BBC player ratings gave every Palace player a higher rating than any of our players - even King.

I can't invest much belief in their value when I see that.

We have played two of our biggest bogey teams in Chels and Palace, Sunderland away is not easy and now we have two of the top 6 to play.

I agree it's the nature of the defeats defensively that is the concern, but AA has to be given a chance.

I and others have said Iriola didn't do too well in his first 10 games in various threads. I know that's no excuse for defensive failure but leeway should be given I feel.

I think Chi comment is more about how they actually see games,I've seen their ratings on a lot of our games,and completely different to what I've watched.
A game last season,can't remember who against,but Bassey was terrible out of position all the time,missed his tackle for opposition goal,and the BBC had as second top rating.
Maybe their tea lady is their so called football expert.

the BBC ratings are a joke, 2nd week running where every player on the winning team is higher rated than that if the losing team, against Sunderland you could say a couple of Fulham players shouldn't have been rated that lowly, but yesterday were all of the palace players better than all the Fulham players I think not.

Also, just in general, booing your team after 3 games is wild. I live in the US and I'm trying to picture booing my college team after several tough losses and I just don't see it.
