I will be as good as I can be and when I cross the finishing line I will see what it got me

A surprise?
Sad end really to what might have been a promising career with us never mind Wet Spam

Maybe we can pick him up for similar wages on what he was on here as backup to Bobb.

Really???

Apart from 3 or 4 positive moments in his time with us I believe he took a small fortune from us for little return.

But it put us right up there in the henchness stakes and we got a million when we sold Traore.

I can't see why we would.
The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

Another returning to Wolves?

KentFulham

He will be off to Wolves

Always liked this player...But...always felt he never reached or achieved his full potential.  I still feel in that Man City game where he fluffed 3 or 4 great scoring chances, that had he tallied in that game and produced a favorable FFC result, that his season could have moved on from there more positively.  I knew he came to FFC with the reputation of non-finishing, and sadly he proved it out.  I still recall that field length scamper v ManU and his layoff to Iwobi who tucked in for the late FFC winner, and that should have given him some confidence.  But alas, as good as that play was, he was not the player tickling the twine.  I liked his physique, tough, strongly built lad, but just couldn't put it together for some reason.  I do believe the talent was there, after all Barcelona thought they saw something there.  Was not to be though for Adama.
I wish him well in whatever the future holds for him.......

Twig

Yeah, I kind of had a soft spot for him but don't ask me why. I did think he might work out but was a bit short of opportunities and minutes he got were generally underwhelming.

He definitely 'worked out'!

Because that's one less player we need to buy. His crossing is more than accurate enough, we just needed more bodies in the box when he did cross.

Yeah. Didn't he have the second highest number of assists the previous season?

Yep, he's definitely good enough to be backup and would free up money for a prem signing

As much as I like this player and feel he still has potential to contribute, I would have to pass on him at this point.  FFC needs to move on.......

If his finishing matched his pace he would still be at Barcelona. Will never forget that game at the Etihad when Kyle Walker ran out of breath when trying to keep up with him. After the game even Pep paid him a compliment.

Good luck Adama.  ::thumb::

Couldn't cross a ball correctly, just kicked it too hard and too high

KentFulham

We already have AR who cant cross, dont need another one

demeant0r

Some of you have extremely short memories. In 24/25 he had the second most assists, nine in 1959 minutes played. Second to only Jedi who had 10 assists in 3358 minutes.
