I'm very keen on the approach of a younger attacking side fast passing game from foreign young players and eventually some home grown kids which won't come overnight.We will need steel as well and that worries me.At the present moment and till we bond and strengthen I can only see us loosing the 1st 5 games and being young not being good for morale.Conspiracy tells me if we drop down a division that's where we stay as I think money won't be eagerly given.Still when Tony sits at the cottage nearly every home game perhaps i'll sit next to him and we disgust tactics.I assume our spanish coach will be the full guy not our Dof who should have pushed for a better youth policy from the start not now.If they don't watch us why buys us we are not Man U still think if they had got Wembley the cottage would have gone.I honestly think if this project doesn't work their investment will be a huge loss so this plan better work for us fans.

Ultimately, as long as we don't sell all our established / experienced players we will be absolutely fine and the chances are we kick on. If we end up selling Berge and Lukic without bringing in experienced PL players to replace them then I would start to worry a little. A established spine to the team is very important. 

Chelsea are realising now that you need the experience to help bring through the young players, and ideally you have experienced players who start.

I think that we have all the experienced players that, for the time being, we are going to need.

As the Bearded Bard pointed out - at least I think he did - it is good to see that our new manager has some different ideas which the owners presumably agree with and are prepared to invest into.

It does also suggest that the manager does actually have some influence in transfer policy and that it's not just an area for TK to rule.

Hopefully this will give the Academy players a chance to develop with us and stop our best graduates flying off the Merseyside for bu**er all.

And I don't think the Chairman of FOF will be letting you sit next to him in the director's box to allow you to 'advise' him on tactics, the general transfer policy and beefing up Fulham's academy which is not the answer in the Premier League where hardened, experienced pros are required. Not untried 16 year olds.
