What is the general opinion on how Fulham will perform at the above fixture?

Maybe we will surprise a few people and quieten the boo boys. AA is no mug, he will know the defence set up needs to change.

Under Marco we did tend to pull a result out of nowhere against a big side if we were on a bad run
I think we'll put in a good performance ::scarf::

Defences are both rubbish and both going forward are good I expect a fully entertaining game

Liverpool...  5 points out of 9. Bang average, not looking the best at the moment.  They are in a bit of a transition right now, a bit like Fulham.  OK 5 /9 is better then 0/9 but they are Liverpool, we are Fulham and take a bit longer to settle.

Marcus

I think we will play well... and lose...

KentFulham

Not expecting much short of a 0-5 thrashing after witnessing that Palace display. Am going up to the game though

Hatch007

I agree with Kent. Nothing AA has said suggests he is open to a tactical change.

That being the case, we could ship five or six.

Maybe we score a couple but I expect it to get messy. Sincerely hope I'm wrong 🤞🙏

Leno clean sheet?  :slap: The only clean sheets Leno will be seeing are in his Liverpool hotel.

Even then he might **** the bed

Probably a 5-2 loss! Sadly, hope I'm wrong!

The Rock

No reason to think anything but a loss, unless AA changes the tactics and/or certain players.

An improvement in the system to tighten up the defence would be enough for me at this stage.

Kingjay81

We rarely get anything at Anfield even when we are bang in form playing well.

So with 3 straight defeats shipping 8 goals and getting booed off by our own fans, we will probably win 1 0.

🤣

Shouldn't the question really be - if Fulham has corrected its defence by Saturday - how do you feel this game will play out?

I will take a point - but feel we could yet spring a surprise here. which team will be under most pressure?

This reminds me of when Slav took us up. He was given a load of new players who he hardly knew. It was a real struggle to get going so when we went to Anne Field at least 5-0 was expected. However we looked a real side in the first half and Sess should have put us ahead. Then we thought Mitro had but the toenail rule was enforced and the goal ruled out. However when the ref awarded a quick freekick our players were still celebrating thinking they had scored. This enabled Salah to run the length of the pitch un-apposed to score. A classic well done ref. Although we ended up losing 2-0 we looked much improved and on the following Monday, Slav, one of out best managers for years, was sacked.

I wonder what awaits us this time? Especially on Monday....
