Same age as LBno11 - that's why he took the name or so Wadey told me :005:

Snibbo

Two of my all time favourites. Watched them many times in my teens. Was devastated when George had to retire prematurely.

Thank you White Noise, appreciated.

I note no mention of Laurie Sanchez in birthday honours!

Thanks, and you Mabster.  I've got a partial answer to that question you posed and am on the case for the full details.

Two of my favourites. Les on one of the club's best left wingers EVER (up there with Mitten and Tosh) and George simply the best right back we've had.

Travers Barney

Belated happy birthday to Fulhams world cup winner (Chelsea never had one of those) and Sir Leslie of Barrettshire.

Good trip Mabster?

Be interested to hear of your Kracov experience.

Catch up in Holland

Barney, in the best tradition of european trips, met supermitch on the plane with a recognition of the TBT 20+ years ago. the guy behind us has flown from Faro via Bristol for the game and flying back via Liverpool to get to the game tomorrow, an amazing set of knowledgable fans. Supermitch has a knowledge we all enjoy, memories of long forgetten games and goals that mean nothing to others than to us, losing goals, broken coaches, drunks and forgotten dreams, 2.5 hours each way of memories of losing goals, last minute equalisers against Northampton and 39 mins of Trevor Lee

The game to follow!!
