Berbatov to Fulham?

This from Tribal Football so it's a rumour grabbing at straws:

"Fulham are keen to keep Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov in England.

The Sun says the ex-Tottenham hitman shared the top-flight Golden Boot with Carlos Tevez last term but has yet to open his league account in this campaign.

The 30-year-old's only goals came at Aldershot in the Carling Cup and against Benfica in the Champions League, leaving Fergie a big decision to make.

Tonight's opponents Fulham have enquired about taking Berba to Craven Cottage on loan, while Turkish outfit Galatasaray are also keen.

As things stand he will be a free agent in May but it is up to United whether that will be the case as the option is 'one way' in their favour."

If this could be done, why not?

People say he's lazy, but this is Bobby's style too, Dimitar Berbatov can score goals, and link players. He's a special footballer who can pull off moments of magic, like his goal against Liverpool.

What a coup it would be.

Why not? he is a scoring machine!
No forum is complete without a silly Belgian participating!

Somehow I would love to see Dimitar wearing to the white shirt in Craven Cottage. Last season he scored 20 goals in 32 games, so he would be huge help for Cottagers.

Who's going to pay his wages?

Who's going to pay his wages?

Earlier this winter there was some speech that United will pay 50% of his wages if he comes to Fulham. But those are only rumours and I believe it when it's confirmed by Fulham or United.
