He's considering leaving and if he wants to stay in the premiership a club near where he's based at the moment and which has a habit of rehabilitating worsening careers - worth a cheeky punt - or have I gone too far with ambition? Him and Pogrebnyak would be one of the best in the league.

No forum is complete without a silly Belgian participating!

The King

This would be an interesting scenario.

You are so far away from the white line of ambition, you can no longer see the line.

Would be AMAZING, but incredibly unlikely.

Has anyone checked around the nostrils for signs of the vanished white line?

He's a fine striker who would have done well most places -- including Liverpool -- had he not gone to Chelsea. If he can find a decent coach, he'd be a 15-20 goal striker again.

Who is going to pay his wages?

Well if we all chip in a tenner ...

That'll cover a second of his wages  :dft011:

20mm and 60% of current wages starts the convo at best I'm afraid.

Non-starter unfortunately isn't it? Nice to dream though. He's having a hard time at Chelsea. Definitely a player struggling with the price tag, but that said he's always had a lot of pressure on him. Wasn't he A.Madrid's youngest ever captain? Notice he seemed to turn down a penatly last Saturday by walking away from Di Matteo; imagine if he had one and missed!

Drogba is leaving Chelsea according to reports so he will be the focal point of attack next season.

Drogba has left so I don't see him leaving.

Fulham Far East

I dont see him leaving either. He has finally gaining some confidence, it would be stupid of them to let him go.
