Whilst I would love to be proven wrong this is not going to happen in a month of Sundays.

Just odd that transfemarket has a list of Guerra's clients which Lassana is not on. Equally odd that Lasana's page on that same site does not list a agent at all.

I do not know their reputation for completeness or accuracy however.

It's incomplete. Transfermarkt does exist for 12 years now (I work for them and know the owner and major shareholder) but it's still incomplete.

I hear John Williams is his main agent.
And John Williams works for Frederic Guerra.

Thanks Mr Fulham. I saw that J Williams was his agent at one point, at least, through some light searching but could find no relationship w Guerra. The mention of Williams was old as well.

Sounds like Diarra, the 2nd, would be a good addition to the team. Hope it sorts out well for us and the player.

If this is true what does that say about the future of some of our center-mids?  Etuhu is out, I think everybody and their brother knows that.  But what about Sidwell and Murphy? Would an acquisition like this signal we are not going to re-up with Murphy?  Could Sidwell be on his way out as well?  Or do we suddenly have gobs of money coming in from the oil nations that would let us have players of this value that we don't play regularly?

For myself, I won't believe it till I see it.  As long as I have followed Fulham I have seen the club used in transfer talk as a springboard to get a deal done for other players at their current teams or to raise the price on them in the transfer market.  If we make this signing, however, I will be the first to stand in line and applaud it.  Next years team, even with the lose of Dempsey, is going to be one heck of a team.

Could we have Alou Diarra too? I think he was impressive yesterday vs. England!

Just snap up every decent Diarra. Imagine the comentary. Diarra passes to Diarra who gives it to Diarra and Diarra takes a shot!

There are practical benefits, as well, say, set pieces:

"You! Mark Diarra, you've got Diarra, and I'll take Diarra."

The perfect next squad addition after this Alou deal goes through, isn't he?
