I hear Sonny Bono has been involved in a skiing accident.  I hope he's OK.

and to answer you question the start is unknown but we will not have to move
The building programme will be confirmed in due course, but we will continue to play at Craven Cottage throughout the duration of construction and the current seats of the Riverside stand will remain available.

To ensure that we minimise any impacts on our neighbours, an Environmental Impact Assessment has been completed.

The findings were presented in a document called an 'Environmental Statement' as part of the planning application.

The issues considered in the assessment include:

1. Water environment
2. Ecology and nature conservation
3. Heritage
4. Townscape and visual impact
5. Transport
6. Air quality
7. Noise and vibration
8. Microclimate – wind
9. Ground conditions and contamination
10. Socio economic
