Have to say everyone played well though. Was nice to see Kacaniklic giving genuine width on the left aswell. Dembele and Diarra's mf partnership is immense. Bryan was very creative also, and JA Riise got forward very well.

Petric for me, but not actually an easy decision, Ruiz a VERY close 2nd, and just behind him was basically everyone else... Just one of those days where everyone clicked.

Petric shades Ruiz for me. Two goals, one header one from distance, and a glorious assist. 10/10 debut. He's already strong enough for the league and has fantastic reactions. Can't wait for a season of Ruiz in the hole, it's where he should be playing.

I always knew Petric was special... and I felt like a stud in my new Kaca oranje away kit at the pub today but I actually voted for Duff.. he was superb all match... when he and Riether start clicking, they could be scary.

Diarra was awesome, Ruiz was everywhere and Dembele controlled the pace of the game, those 3 along with Duff gave the most complete controlled midfield performance I have ever seen at the cottage. They were all so comfortable on the ball, holding. passing and pressuring when they did not have the ball. Norwich were only able to compete by running their legs off and after 20 minutes in that heat they ran out of steam. The last half hour was men against boys. I doubt Norwich will meet that many teams this season that will do this to them.

Diarra was class today. Kaca has some silky skills down that wing, Duff looks like he could play for years, Ruiz is improving, Petric was great too.
