Who is running this club?  Surely that's tantamount to loading the gun, pointing it at your own head and inviting the other to pull the trigger?

Maybe this is what they want? Gathering more evidence to present to the Chairmen on how it is affecting the season ticket holders? The main revenue.

I told them that Jol had to go and that if he doesn't we'll almost certainly be relegated and not to assume that I'll renew my ST if that happens.

I was more thinking of for next season. If the customer service is bad, you're more likely to not renew the following.

I think it may even be worse since we have paid and still not turning up. That surely is worse? People after paying are still prepared not to turn up or bother to try.

Yeah, I got the survey. I answered simply that I was 'voting with my feet'. Although honestly I could't have made the game anyway.

Cottage cheese is right. It makes a big statement when pre paid tickets are not used. The fact that the club know who is not turning up suggests, maybe one game, ALL season ticket holders should not show up. Just ONE game will send out a huge message.
The ground will be quite empty.
